    • 摘要: 全岩巷综掘工作面粉尘防治是长期困扰岩巷综掘的主要问题,是煤矿职业危害防治工作的重点和难点。通过在全岩巷综掘施工过程中,依据粉尘分布的特征和综掘机内外喷雾、负压收尘除尘、空气幕封闭抑尘、水幕降尘等综合防尘技术的各自特点,采取多措并举、各取其长、合理配置的有效措施,大幅度降低了工作面粉尘浓度,有效地改善了作业环境。

       

      Abstract: Dustproof technology for rock gangway fully mechanized working face is the main problem troubled the drifting for a long time and it is the emphasis and difficulty in coal occupational hazards prevention and control work. According to the characteristics of dust distribution and internal and external spraying of road-header, dust extraction by negative pressure, closed dust suppression by air curtain, dust extraction by water curtain and other characteristics of comprehensive dustproof technology, we have taken some effective measures in the process of rock gangway fully mechanized mining in this paper which reduced the dust concentration and effectively improved the working environment.
