    Mining Process of Working Face Passing Through Subsided Column in Tianchi Coal Mine

    • 摘要: 为了解决天池煤矿陷落柱对采煤工作面的影响,提高工作面的采煤效率,以101工作面为例,制定详细的探放水技术措施,对陷落柱进行超前探放水,并制定过陷落柱的可行性方法;通过控制工作面高度,采用采煤机直接割矸和震动爆破的的方法,应用浅截深回采工艺,硬过陷落柱。结果表明:采用硬过陷落柱的方案,保证了工作面的连续推进,节约了费用,提高了煤炭资源回收率。

       

      Abstract: For solving the effect of collapse column on coalface of Tianchi Coal Mine, to improve the efficiency of coal mining, we took technical measures of water detection and drainage for collapse column, and propose the feasible methods of shallow-frustum and shearer cutting directly and blasting vibration of the gangue, to forced a passage through the collapse column by controlling the mining height. The result showed that the application of the scheme for passing through the collapse column forcibly ensured continuous coal mining, not only saved money but also improved the recovery rate of coal resources.
