    • 摘要: 高压乳化液泄漏是支架液压系统的主要故障,具有多发性、不确定性和隐蔽性的特点。乳化液泄漏时将产生连续的超声波信号,在此基础上研制成功了支架液压系统泄漏故障检测仪,并确定了相应的判据。现场应用实践表明,该仪器能迅速准确的判断支架液压系统的泄漏部位及程度,有效提高支护质量,保障工作面的安全生产。

       

      Abstract: High-pressure emulsion leakage is the main fault of support hydraulic system,which has characteristics of multiple,uncertainty and concealment.Based on the fact that emulsion leakage will generate continuous ultrasonic signals,a detector of leakage failure for support hydraulic system is developed successfully,and the corresponding criterion is defined too.Field application shows that the instrument can detect and judge the leakage location and level of support hydraulic system quickly and accurately,which can improve the support quality and ensure the safe production in the working face.
