    配风量对“U”型工作面瓦斯治理影响的实测分析

    Influence Measurement Analysis of Air Distribution on Gas Governance in U-shaped Face

    • 摘要: 为了探索N1102工作面瓦斯治理与配风量之间的关系,通过试验研究分析,利用增阻调节法对N1102工作面的配风量进行了阶梯性调整,得到工作面检修期间不同配风量下的瓦斯治理数据,利用最小二乘法对各项指标数据进行了拟合处理,得出相对应的函数关系,并对函数关系式进行了微积分,得出N1102工作面最适合的风量,为该工作面的风量调整提供了有效依据。通过现场观测,N1102工作面风量调整后上隅角最高瓦斯浓度下降了15.24%,后溜瓦斯浓度下降了11.76%,回风流瓦斯浓度下降了1.3%。

       

      Abstract: In order to explore the relationship of gas management and air distribution in N1102 face, through experimental research and analysis, we adjusted air distribution of N1102 face by using of increasing resistance, obtained gas control data by air distribution during maintenance of face, and used least square to process data fitting, obtained corresponding functional relationship, derived the most suitable amount of wind in N1102 face, provided effective basis for adjusting volume through field observation. By adjusting air distribution, the highest gas concentration decreased by 15.24 % in upper corner, gas concentration decreased by 11.76 % in backward sliding, gas concentration decreased by 1.3 % in return-air .
