    基于暖体假人实验的煤矿工作服热阻和湿阻测量与分析

    Measurement and Analysis of Thermal Insulation and Evaporative Resistance of Coal Mine Ensemble by Thermal Manikin

    • 摘要: 采用暖体出汗假人和人工环境舱对淮南丁集矿、济宁安居矿、神东锦界矿和潞安五阳矿4个矿区井下工作服套装的热阻和湿阻进行了测量与计算。实验结果表明:丁集矿和安居矿2个高温煤矿工作服的热阻和湿阻均比较接近,比五阳矿和锦界矿工作服的热阻和湿阻要小,体现了较好的散热散湿性能;煤矿工作服穿用1年后热阻变化较小,湿阻增大约13%;煤矿工作服不同部位局部热阻和湿阻具有较大差异。

       

      Abstract: In this paper, the thermal insulation and evaporative resistance of five ensembles from Huainan Dingji Coal Mine, Jining Anju Coal Mine, Lu'an Wuyang Coal Mine and Shendong Jinjie Coal Mine were measured by thermal sweating manikin in a climatic chamber. It is found that the thermal insulation and evaporative resistance of the ensembles for Dingji and Anju hot mines are larger than the ensembles for Wuyang and Jinjie Coal Mines; the thermal insulation of the ensemble worn for one year changes slightly from the new one, but the evaporative resistance decreases about 13%; the local thermal insulation and local evaporative resistance of these five mining ensembles vary significantly.
