    复合因素作用下煤样吸附甲烷的特性实验研究

    Research on Characteristics of Coal Sample Adsorption Methane Under Composite Factors

    • 摘要: 为研究复合因素作用下煤样吸附甲烷的特性,利用高压瓦斯吸附装置进行温度、粒径对煤样吸附甲烷特性的影响实验,运用Langmuir单分子层吸附理论对实验数据进行拟合,应用多因方差分析的方法分析了温度、粒径二者复合条件下对煤样吸附甲烷性能的影响。实验结果表明:温度因素对煤样吸附甲烷的影响明显大于粒径因素对煤样吸附甲烷的影响,粒径对煤样吸附甲烷的影响较小,温度和粒径对煤样吸附甲烷的性能无交互影响作用,温度和粒径对煤样吸附甲烷的影响是相互独立的。

       

      Abstract: For the study of compound factors under the action of coal sample methane adsorption characteristics, we use the high pressure gas adsorption device for the influence experiment of temperature, particle size on coal sample methane adsorption characteristics, and use the Langmuir monolayer adsorption theory for fitting experimental data, the variance analysis method is applied to analyze the composite conditions of temperature, particle size effect on the characteristics of coal sample methane gas adsorption. The experimental results show that the temperature factors on the coal sample methane adsorption is bigger than the influence of factors on the particle size and the effect of particle size of coal sample has little effect on the adsorption of methane, temperature and particle size of coal sample methane adsorption performance has no interaction effect, the influence of temperature and particle size of coal sample methane adsorption was independent of each other.
