    Research on Forecasting Model of Bituminous Coal Spontaneous Combustion Combining Indicator Gases and Temperature

    • 摘要: 我国烟煤产量在煤炭总产量中的比例很大,以烟煤自然发火预测预报为研究对象,采集多家典型烟煤生产矿山煤样,通过烟煤程序升温氧化实验,分析实验结果提出CO2/CO浓度比值为自燃过程判定标准。研究认为:CO2/CO浓度比值大于40时,烟煤温度小于70 ℃;温度大于160 ℃时,逐渐趋近于常数3;CO2/CO浓度比值为3~40时,烟煤温度为70~160 ℃。根据实验结果,优化选择指数函数构建低温条件下烟煤自燃预测模型,给出了预测模型的统一形式和不同煤样自燃预测模型系数与截距,认为烟煤预测模型的系数与截距有较大的离散性,具体值应根据煤样性质、实验条件等因素确定。经实验监测数据验证,该模型具有良好的有效性和实用性。

       

      Abstract: Production of bituminous coal has been taking a very large part in total production of coal in our country, thus, taking forecasting of bituminous coal spontaneous combustion as study project and taking concentration ratio of CO2 and CO as indicator, judging criterions of bituminous coal spontaneous combustion were proposed through analyzing results of temperature programmed oxidation experiments which were carried out with bituminous coal sample collected from several mines. The study pointed it out that when concentration ratio value of CO2 and CO was higher than 40, the temperature of bituminous coal was larger than 70 ℃; when the temperature was higher than 160 ℃, the ratio value was about 3; when the ratio varied from 3 to 40, the variation of temperature was from 70 ℃ to 160 ℃. According to experimental results, exponential function was chosen after optimization to establish forecasting model of bituminous under the condition of low temperatures, unified form of forecasting model was provided, as well as coefficients and intercepts which had large discreteness, the concrete values of them should be determined according to characteristics of coal samples, experimental conditions and so on.
