    凝胶N2泡沫灭火新材料的研究

    Research of Gel N2 Foam Extinguish Material

    • 摘要: 为了解决工作面采空区、巷道高冒区等地点的煤炭自然发火问题,研制了凝胶N2泡沫灭火新材料。着重研究其配置方案,采用两两复配的方法找出最佳复合发泡剂,A1和A2按2∶3比例复配,严格遵循单一变量原则,确定复合发泡剂的浓度为0.95%,聚合物与水的质量比8.5%,最终合成了用量少,发泡倍数高,泡沫稳定时间长的凝胶发泡原液。用压缩注气法产生泡沫,进行凝胶CO2泡沫和凝胶N2泡沫的稳定性比较测定实验,通过气流法测定泡沫的体积半衰期,评价泡沫稳定性,确定压注N2生成泡沫。并在昌华煤矿成功应用。

       

      Abstract: In order to solve the problem of coal spontaneous combustion, the new gel N2 foam material was developed. Focus on its configuration scheme, we use the method of compound with two to find out the best compound foaming agent, A1 and A2 by 2∶3 ratio distribution, in the whole experiment process, we strictly follow the principle of single variable, and determine the concentration of the composite foaming agent is 0.95%, the ratio of polymer and water quality is 8.5%, finally synthesize less consumption, high foam expansion, long foam stability time of gel foam. Concentrate foam with compressed gas injection method, we carry on the gel CO2 foam and N2 foam stability comparison by airflow method to determine the half-life of foam volume, and evaluate foam stability, finally compress N2 to produce bubble. It has been applied successfully in the Changhua Coal Mine.
