    Study on Technology Optimization of "L" Type Filling Pipe in Coal Mine

    • 摘要: 分析了“L”型充填管道磨损、堵爆管机理,认为充填料浆在自由下落阶段的冲击是输浆管道磨损的主因,充填料浆在空气-砂浆的交界面处以及垂直管和水平管交界处的管壁容易发生破管事故,垂直管和水平管的交界处容易发生爆管事故。据此提出了“L”型充填管道的技术优化方案并对各部分的原理进行阐述。

       

      Abstract: We analyze the mechanism of abrasion, plugging burst pipes of the "L" type filling pipelines. We can know that the impact of filling pulp free-fall is the key factor of pipeline abrasion; pipe break accident easily occurs at the interface of air and mortar; tube rupture easily occurs at the junction of the vertical tube and horizontal tube. Based on this, we proposed technical optimization program of "L" type filling pipe and elaborated principle of each part.
