    静力破岩技术在煤矿井下深孔破岩中的应用

    Application of Static Rock Breaking Technology in Coal Mine Deep Rock-breaking Work

    • 摘要: 为克服煤矿井下现有深孔破岩技术不足,提出将静力破岩技术应运于煤矿井下深孔破岩工作中。基于理论分析静力破岩原理得出被破岩体发生拉伸破坏,提出实施深孔静力破岩的技术要求。在某矿K8113工作面进风巷落山方向实施深孔静力破岩技术以减小回采巷道采空区后方较大范围悬顶问题的工程试验,试验后悬顶距离比未处理时缩短10 m左右,减小约50%,表明深孔静力破岩技术对解决两巷落山顶板的悬顶问题可行有效。

       

      Abstract: In order to overcome the existing shortage of coal mine deep rock breaking technology, the proposed static rock breaking technology should be applied in deep underground rock breaking work. Based on theoretical analysis of the principle of static breaking, we knew that rocks were broken by tensile failure, and proposed the technical requirements and positive effects. Engineering test in K8113 face reduced a large range of top roof hanging issue. After the test, roof distance was shorter than untreated about 10 m, reduced by about 50%, which indicates that the static rock breaking technology in deep rock-breaking work in coal mine is feasible and effective.
