    矿用传感器电源恒/截流输出保护电路设计

    Design of Constant / Closure Output Protection Circuit for Coal Mine Sensor

    • 摘要: 针对煤矿井下易燃、易爆的特殊环境和传感器设备静电和群脉冲等EMC干扰问题,设计了一种恒/截流输出保护电路,电路具有软启动、恒/截流输出和自恢复的功能。详细介绍保护电路设计方案、软启动、恒流输出、截流输出和自恢复的电路设计。通过试验和现有传感器设备电源模块使用来看,设计的保护电路与现有本安电源保护电路相比,保护电路具有软启动保护,抗干扰和抗负载冲击的能力强,故障解除后,能够自动恢复,无需增加另外的恢复电路,电路采用基本的器件,反应时间快,稳定性好。

       

      Abstract: In view of mine inflammable and special explosive environment and sensor equipment static and group pulse EMC interference problem, a constant/closure output protection circuit has soft start, constant / closure output and self-recovery function. We detail the protection circuit design, soft start, constant current output, and the output of closure and self-recovery circuit design, compared by experiments and existing sensor equipment, power supply module; we design protection circuit with existing intrinsically safe power supply protective circuit. The protection circuit has soft start protection, anti-jamming and anti-load ability of the impact; overcurrent fault is lifted to automatic recovery, without the need to add additional recovery circuit. The circuit adopts the basic device with fast response time and good stability.
