    Design of Isolating Circuit Based on Infrared Correlation Tube

    • 摘要: 现有矿用传感器模块化之间隔离通信常采用光耦实现隔离通信,针对光耦隔离具有器件体积较小空间隔离距离近、隔离后端易受隔离前端的电磁干扰等问题,提出基于红外对射管隔离电路设计方案,设计的隔离电路采用不可见光进行通信,具有抗干扰强、隔离前后端互不影响、性能稳定的优点。详细介绍了隔离电源设计、隔离电路设计;隔离电路参数,隔离电路设计方案在现有传感器得到了较好的应用和验证,应用结果表明隔离电路设计方案能够满足现有矿用传感器的数字和频率等信号的隔离要求。

       

      Abstract: The isolated communication of existing mine-used sensor modularization often uses optical coupling to realize communication. In view of the problems that optical coupling isolation has smaller device, close space isolation, vulnerable electromagnetic interference to the front by isolated back-end. The design of isolating circuit based on infrared correlation tube is presented in this paper; the isolating circuit has the advantages of strong anti-interference, isolated back-end and front-end, stable performance. Scheme was introduced in detail including isolated power supply designing, isolating circuit design, circuit parameter analysis. The isolating circuit is a better application and validation in the current sensor, which can satisfy the existing mine isolation requirements such as the number and frequency of the sensor signal.
