    Design of Mine-used Low Voltage Vacuum Feed Switch

    • 摘要: 设计了一种基于dsPIC30F6014A的馈电保护开关,实现了数据采集与故障的综合处理,降低了设计成本,开关具有瓦斯、风电、过压、短路、漏电等保护以及通讯选择功能,可外接远方分励脱扣按钮。该馈电保护系统精度高,工作稳定,大大提高了煤矿井下的生产安全。

       

      Abstract: Aiming at the shortcomings of the coal mine protection safety, this paper designs a feeder protection system based on dsPIC30F6014A, with the function of gas, wind power, over voltage, short circuit, and leakage current protection, communication option, and an external remote shunt release button, which not only implements integrated data acquisition and fault handling, but also lowers the design cost. The feeder protection system greatly improves the coal mine production safety with high precision and stable work.
