    Method of Large Diameter Drilling Cuttings Inspection and Its Application

    • 摘要: 针对现有钻屑检验方法和标准在千米深井较难应用的工程问题,通过理论研究和现场实测,探索应用φ75 mm大直径钻孔替代φ42 mm钻孔进行钻屑检验的方法和标准。研究结果表明:φ75 mm钻孔的钻屑量变化规律与φ42 mm钻孔基本一致,因此,φ75 mm钻屑孔可以替代φ42 mm钻屑孔进行现场应用。大直径钻孔钻屑检验方法经河南义马矿区现场应用效果良好。

       

      Abstract: According to the engineering problem of existing drilling cutting test methods and standards in kilometer deep mine, by theoretically analyzing and field measuring, we explore the drilling cutting method and standards of applying φ75 mm large diameter borehole to instead of φ42 mm borehole. The results of research show that the variation of amount of φ75 mm drill cuttings consistent with that of φ42 mm drill cuttings, therefore,φ75 mm borehole cuttings can replace φ42 mm boreholes. Large diameter borehole drilling cuttings test method has been used in Henan Yima Mining field with good results.
