    Application of Comprehensive Mechanized Face Moving Process in Tongxin Mine

    • 摘要: 通过研究同忻矿超厚煤层一次采全厚低位放顶煤开采技术条件下工作面装备搬家工程,并应用支架回撤吊车解决了一直以来存在的液压支架撤退难题,实现了工作面安全快速的综合机械化搬迁工艺。应用结果表明,该工艺能明显提高搬迁效率,保证作业安全,推进生产进程,应用效果良好。

       

      Abstract: Through the research of working face equipment moving engineering in Tongxin Mine super thick coal seam under the condition of single mining full-seam low caving mining technology, we apply support retracement crane to solve the problem of hydraulic support in long retreat, implement safe and rapid working face comprehensive mechanization of the relocation process. Application result shows that the technology can significantly improve the efficiency of relocation, to ensure the safety of operation; the process of production and application effect is good.
