    煤尘运移中气-粒两相流动的CFD数值模拟

    CFD Simulations on Gas-particle Two Phase Flow of Dust Distribution

    • 摘要: 在煤矿喷雾降尘中,把握煤尘运移的规律对提高煤矿降尘效率有着重要的作用。应用FLUENT软件,对不同风速下的模拟巷道内煤尘运移情况进行了数值模拟,得出粉尘浓度和粒径的分布情况,并对相应情况进行现场测试。结果表明:煤尘在产生后,运移主要发生在煤壁附近,浓度较高,大粒径粉尘沉降明显;随着风流的推移,小粒径粉尘沿工作断面向外扩散加剧,煤尘浓度沿工作面向外逐渐降低。

       

      Abstract: In the process of coal dust suppression, it′s important to grasp the laws of coal dust migration,that will improve the efficiency of dust suppression. With the help of FLUENT software, we simulated the dust migration in roadway under different wind speeds, obtained the dust and size distribution, and do the corresponding test on site. Results showed that: after coal dust production, migration mainly occurs near the coal wall, concentration is higher at here, and the big size particle settles down significantly, with the advancing of wind, the small size particle diffuses obviously along the working section and coal dust concentration along the working face is gradually reduced.
