    基于FLAC3D的急倾斜特厚煤层水平分层开采围岩应力分析

    Surrounding Rock Stress Analysis for Horizontal Slicing of Steeply Inclined and Extremely Thick Coal Seam Based on FLAC3D

    • 摘要: 我国急倾斜特厚煤层的储量较为丰富,且多采用水平分层开采方法,该方法具有开采成本低、安全性好、效率高等特点,但采场周围的应力集中程度高导致矿压显现强烈。为此,通过FLAC3D建立了急倾斜特厚煤层开采数值模型,模拟了开采过程中的应力分布,分析了应力分布的规律和上分层开采对下分层卸压的影响范围。结果表明:随着工作面的推进,支承压力增加的幅度就趋于平缓,形成明显的应力区;同时采空区上部煤岩体的卸压范围随开采分层数增加而有增加趋势。

       

      Abstract: The reserves of steeply inclined thick coal seams by horizontal slicing method are relatively abundant in our contry. This method has low production cost, good safety, high efficiency, but stress concentration degree is high around the stope, which leads to strong strata behaviors. Therefore, numerical model for the mining of steeply inclined thick coal seam is established through FLAC3D; we simulate the stress distribution in the process of mining, and analyze the influence of stress distribution law and slicing on lower layered pressure relief. Simulation studies show that the range of the abutment pressure increase is leveling off with the working face advancing, and forming obvious stress area; the coal and rock pressure relief range of the upper goaf increases with the increase of mining layers at the same time.
