    Numerical Simulation Research on Abutment Pressure Distribution in Extra-thick Coal Seam Fully-mechanized Caving Stope

    • 摘要: 针对特厚煤层综放采场邻空巷道超前支护段巷道大变形问题,通过FLAC3D数值模拟软件模拟郭家河煤矿1305工作面回采过程,得到综放采场支承压力的分布特征,分析邻空巷道大变形的原因。结果表明: 随着工作面推进,特厚煤层综放工作面超前支承压力峰值及影响范围逐渐增大,峰值点位于工作面前方10~25 m,峰值应力集中系数在1.2~3.2之间,支承压力影响范围超过100 m,影响集中区域为工作面前方60 m;采空区的存在使得工作面侧向支承压力影响范围增大4倍以上,应力集中系数增大0.7~1.3,随着工作面邻近,侧向支承压力增长速度变快,应力峰值深入实体煤的距离增大;邻空巷道强矿压显现是双向高支承压力叠加作用的效果。

       

      Abstract: For the problem of strong pressure appeared in the advance supported roadway on gob side at the extra-thick seam zone during the mining process, this paper uses the FLAC3D numerical extraction to study abutment pressure distribution of Guojiahe Mine 1305 working face and analyzes the reason of the adjacent empty roadway deformation. The results of the study show that: with the advance of the working face, extra-thick coal seam fully mechanized working face advance abutment pressure peak value and the influence scope gradually increased; the peak is located in front of 10 m to 25 m; the peak stress concentration coefficient is between 1.3 and 2.8; abutment pressure influence range is more than 100 m; effect of concentrated area in front of the working face is 60 m; the working face goaf abutment the pressure influence range increased by 4 times, the stress concentration coefficient increases by 0.8, along with working face adjacent lateral abutment pressure faster growth rate, the peak stress into entity coal distance increases; strong strata pressure of advance supported roadway approaching mined-out area is superimposition influenced by two-way high abutment pressure.
