    Stress Distribution Law Analysis of Extensible Bolting of Pre-stressed Anchor

    • 摘要: 针对预应力锚杆在实际应用中存在的锚固问题,依据黏结式锚杆锚固力弹性解的理论基础,采用MATLAB数值软件对加长锚固锚杆剪应力和轴力分布规律进行了系统研究。结果表明:在预应力作用下锚杆锚固段内存在塑性与弹性变形区;通过提高锚杆材料的刚度或增大杆体半径,可有效的扩大其应力分布范围并降低应力峰值;此外在对锚固段长度与锚固破坏形式研究的基础上,揭示了锚杆支护破坏机理并提出一些符合现场应用的改进措施。

       

      Abstract: In view of the anchorage problems of prestressed bolt in practical application, based on the theoretical basis of anchoring force elastic solution of grouted bolt, we use numerical software MATLAB to research shear stress and axial force distribution of extensible anchoring bolt. Results show that there is plastic and elastic deformation zone under the effect of prestressed bolt anchor segment. Raising the anchor stiffness of the material or increasing the radius rod body can effectively enlarge its stress distribution and reduce the stress peak value. In addition, we study the anchoring length and anchor destruction form, reveal the fracture mechanism of the bolt support and propose some improving measures for field applications.
