    互动式教学法在煤矿安全培训中的应用

    Application of Interactive Teaching Method in Coal Mine Safety Training

    • 摘要: 针对培训学员已具备一定的生产经验和安全生产技能的特点,分析了当前煤矿安全培训过程中存在的问题,阐述了互动式教学法的具体特征,制定了互动式教学法应用于煤矿安全培训的实施方案。研究结果表明:我国煤矿安全培训内容针对性不强,教学方法单一,学员积极性不高,培训效果较差;采用互动式教学法可以根据学员的需求制定培训内容,激发学员兴趣;在培训过程中,教师与学员以及学员之间能够及时互动,紧密联系了教与学的过程,培训效果与教学质量得到了明显的提高。

       

      Abstract: According to the certain production experiences that have been equipped by the trainees and the characteristics of safety production skills, this paper analyzes the problems existing in the process of current coal mine safety training, describing the specific characteristics of interactive teaching method, and it develops the implementation plan of applying interactive teaching method to coal mine safety training. The study results show that the content of coal mine safety training of China is less targeted with a single teaching method, and the trainees have low enthusiasm, and the training effect is poor; the adoption of interactive teaching method is able to develop the training content according to the needs of trainees, and stimulate their interest; in the training process, the interaction between teachers and trainees as well as trainees can be carried out in a timely manner, the teaching and learning processes are linked closely, which can effectively improve the teaching effect and the quality of training.
