    新型钻孔瓦斯涌出初速度测定钻杆研究

    Study on New Type Measurement of Drill Pipe for Drilling Gas Emission Initial Speed

    • 摘要: 钻孔瓦斯涌出初速度是用于工作面煤与瓦斯突出危险性预测一项重要指标,普通测定方法操作难度较大,往往影响测量结果的准确性;通过对钻杆进行一些创新,设计出一种新型钻孔瓦斯涌出初速度测定钻杆,确定了钻孔施工工艺和瓦斯涌出初速度测定方法。现场工业性试验表明采用新型测定钻杆能减少测定前的准备时间,封孔效果更好,可实现1个钻孔的多次连续测定,能在规定时间内测定出钻孔瓦斯涌出初速度,测量过程更简便,测量结果更准确。

       

      Abstract: The initial speed of drilling gas emission is an important indicator which is used for the hazard predition of working face coal and gas outburst, the ordinary operation method is difficult, which affects the accuracy of the measurement results; a new type measurement for the initial speed of drilling gas emission is designed by some innovation on the drill pipe, the drilling construction technology and the gas emission initial speed measurement method are determined. The industrial field tests show that the new type drill pipe measurement can reduce the prepartion time before the measurement, achieve the better drilling sealing effect, realize multiple consecutive measurements, and measure the initial speed drilling gas emission within limited time period; the measurement process is easier, and the measurement result is more accurate.
