    Experimental Study About Impact of Water’s pH on Low Temperature Oxidation Characteristics of Coal

    • 摘要: 为了研究不同酸碱度的水对煤低温氧化特性的影响,利用自主研发的煤程序升温实验装置对潞宁矿5组煤样进行实验,检测得到不同条件下煤样罐出口的多种指标性气体的浓度;通过计算标准耗氧速率、标准CO及CO2生成速率和甲烷的浓度变化规律来判断水的酸碱度对煤低温氧化特性的影响。结果表明:在不同温度阶段,水的酸碱性对煤低温氧化特性的影响有明显差异,当温度超过160 ℃时,中性和酸性水环境对煤氧化有一定促进作用;而碱性水环境在温度高于55 ℃时,一定程度上可以抑制煤氧化。

       

      Abstract: In order to study the influence of the water’s pH on the ability of coal low temperature oxidation, the programmed heating experiments for five groups of coal samples which collected at Luning Mine were done by using the self-developed temperature-programmed experimental device;we detected the concentration of a variety of indicators of coal samples at the gas tank outlet under different conditions. By calculating the standard oxygen consumption rate, the change rule of CO and CO2 generated rate and the methane concentration, we studied the influence of water’s pH on coal low temperature oxidation characteristics. The results show that, under different temperature conditions, the effect of water’s pH on the ability of coal low temperature oxidation is significantly different. When the temperature exceeds 160 ℃, neutral and acidic water environment can promote the coal oxidation ability. But alkaline water environment can partly reduce the coal oxidation ability when the temperature exceeds 55 ℃.
