    Size Distribution of Mine Dust Improvement Based on Wavelength of Light Source System

    • 摘要: 介绍了光全散射法测量原理,通过分析不同波长对消光矩阵中向量间关联程度的影响,建立矿尘粒径分布重建信息量软测量模型,提出了在全光谱特征范围内入射波长选取的方法,克服了传统单一波段范围内入射光波利用效率低的缺点,设计了光全散射矿尘粒径分布测量实验平台,对矿尘粒径分布测量结果进行了分析比较,验证了该方法的可行性与准确性。

       

      Abstract: The principle of total light scattering method is introduced in this paper, the influence of different wavelengths on the correlation degree of vectors in extinction coefficient matrix was analyzed, and soft measurement model of mine dust size distribution information is established. We propose incident wavelength selection method within the range of full spectral characteristics, which overcomes the disadvantage of low efficiency of traditional single band within the scope of the incident waves. We design experimental platform of mine dust particle size distribution measurement for total light scattering, compare mine dust particle size distribution measurement results, and verify the feasibility and accuracy of this method.
