Abstract: Under the guidance of the concept of scientific development,the basic meaning of safety right and safety fair are discussed from the perspective of security sociology,security jurisprudence and safety ethics,and the problems of safety right guarantee and realizing safety fair are analyzed.Finally,the ways of protecting the safety right and achieving safety fair are put forward.
