    • 摘要: 为得到煤矿高浓度胶结充填材料的合理配比,以水泥、粉煤灰、料浆浓度、养护时间为变化参数,采用正交试验法研究了不同养护龄期、水泥含量、粉煤灰含量和料浆浓度下四因素对胶结充填体强度的影响,以及不同水泥含量、粉煤灰含量和料浆浓度下三因素对胶结充填体坍落度的影响。结果表明:养护龄期对充填抗压强度影响最大,最不敏感的是粉煤灰含量;水泥含量对充填体坍落度的影响最大,最不敏感的是料浆浓度。同时表明运用正交试验优化胶结充填体强度的最佳条件,即水泥含量10%、粉煤灰含量20%、料浆浓度80%、养护时间为28 d,其单轴抗压强度为4.68 MPa,坍落度为243 mm,能够满足充填开采的要求。

       

      Abstract: In order to obtain the reasonable ratio of high concentration cementation stowing materials for coal mine, cement, fly ash, slurry concentration and curing time were taken as variable parameters in this paper. The effect of four factors such as curing time, cement content, fly ash content and slurry concentration on filling body strength were explored with orthogonal experiment method, and the effect of three factors such as cement content, fly ash content and slurry concentration on filling body slump. The results reveal that the first influence of filling body strength is curing time and the last one is fly ash content; the first influence of slump is cement content and the last one is slurry concentration. And the results reveal that the proportion of cement content is 10%, the fly ash content is 20%, the slurry concentration is 80% and the curing time is 28 d, which is the optimum selection. And the compressive strength of filling body is 4.68 MPa, the slump is 243 mm, which can meet the requirements of filling mining.
