    • 摘要: 借助于XRD和SEM测试,并利用凝结时间、抗压强度、化学结合水量和Ca(OH)2含量等实验参数,定性和定量研究不同掺量(0%、2%、4%、6%、8%)的石粉掺入对矿用充填胶固粉性能的影响。结果表明:石粉的掺入能够减少胶固粉的凝结时间,6%石粉掺入抗压强度比其他各组都高,而且化学结合水的量最多,水化产物更多;SEM结果可以看出,加6%石粉胶固粉对比其他组,胶固粉的微观结构更加密实;XRD测试结果可以看出,掺入6%石粉组与其他组相比,C2S和C3S的量降低的更多。

       

      Abstract: In this paper, by means of XRD and SEM test, and using the setting time, compressive strength and chemical combination of water and Ca (OH)2 content of experimental parameters, we qualitatively and quantitatively study the effect of different dosage (0%, 2%, 4%, 6%, 8%) of stone powder mixing on the properties of mine filling glue powder. The results show that the mixed stone powder can reduce the setting time of glue powder, 6% of stone powder mixed with compressive strength is higher than other groups, and the most is chemically combined water amount, and hydration products is even more; SEM results can be seen that microscopic structure of 6% stone glue powder is more compact compared with other groups. XRD test results show that the amount of C3S and C2S reduced more by adding 6% stone powder group compared with the other groups.
