    高水平应力下巷道底板切槽底鼓防治研究

    Study on Floor Heave Prevention and Control with Floor Grooving Under High Horizontal Stress

    • 摘要: 针对高水平应力下巷道围岩变形量大、强烈底鼓等特征,基于两端固定梁力学模型,推导出引起底板变形破坏的临界水平压力公式,并引入底板变形破坏系数,说明在高水平应力下巷道更容易产生严重底鼓。在此基础上提出底板切槽卸压防底鼓原理,即通过切槽为巷道围岩变形提供一定的补偿空间,增大了其吸收变形能的能力,从而使巷道底鼓量减小。同时,以永煤集团城郊煤矿28采区轨道下山为数值模拟背景,利用FLAC3D建立巷道底板无卸压槽和巷道底板开卸压槽2种计算模型。模拟结果表明:当巷道处于高水平应力下时,底板卸压槽对底鼓的控制效果明显,对巷道顶板及两帮的不利影响相对较小。因此,在高水平应力下,巷道底板切槽技术能有效的防治底鼓。

       

      Abstract: For the characteristics of surrounding rock large deformation and severe floor heave of roadways under high horizontal stress, mechanical model of beam fixed at both ends is established, the critical axial stress formula of floor deformation failure is deduced, and the coefficient of floor deformation and destruction for clarifying the study on floor heave prevention and control mechanism with floor grooving is introduced. Based on this, floor heave control mechanism with floor grooving is proposed, that is, providing appropriate compensation space for surrounding rock, increasing its ability to absorb deformation, so as to reduce the floor heave. At the same time, by using the FLAC3D software, two different calculation modes which are roadway floor without pressure-releasing groove and roadway floor with pressure-releasing groove are established, results show that the control effect of floor heave is obvious and the detrimental effect of the roadway roof and two sides are relatively small with the pressure-releasing groove under high horizontal stress. Therefore, from the view of ground control of roadways, floor grooving is an active measure to control floor heave under high horizontal stress.
