    Bolt and High-strength Anchor Cable Combined Support for Roadway at Island Coal Face Under Dynamic Pressure

    • 摘要: 针对高应力孤岛工作面围岩破碎巷道支护难的问题,以国阳一矿81202回风巷为研究对象,结合其采矿地质条件,分析了孤岛工作面围岩破碎巷道的破坏失稳机理,提出了锚杆与高强锚索联合支护的优化方案,采用FLAC3D软件模拟了优化方案与原支护方案对围岩变形的控制效果。结果表明:采用锚杆与高强锚索联合支护后,81204工作面回风巷在掘进及回采期间,巷道顶底板相对移近量分别减小了23%和63%,两帮移近量分别减少25%和60%。

       

      Abstract: For the problem of supporting difficulty of crushing roadway surrounding rock at high stress island coal face, according to the condition of return airway of Guoyang No.1 Coal Mine, the paper analyzed the failure mechanism of roadway and proposed the optimization scheme of bolt and high-strength anchor cable combined support. The supporting effect, under original and optimization supporting scheme, was compared by using the numerical simulation software FLAC3D. The results show that relative convergence of roadway roof and floor is reduced by 23% and 63%, respectively, and the convergence of two-side is decreased by 25% and 60% respectively during excavating and mining at 81204 face return airway after the combination support.
