Abstract: The mine manager plays an important role in coal mine safety production work..Through analyzing various aspects of mine manager safety management work concretely,seven points of implementing safety work were summarized,which included the essential condition of mine manager,safety management work,the basic method of safety management,the major hazards in mine,the relationship between safety production and benefit,correcting misconceptions and specific measures of safety management.The paper has a clear answer of how mine manager do well in coal mine safety work.
