    Technology of Building Fire Dam by Fast Curing Coal Ash Slurry

    • 摘要: 为了预防采空区遗煤自燃,通常在采空区构筑密闭墙。针对现有密闭墙构筑工艺的不足,提出了粉煤灰浆快速固化构筑密闭墙技术,并分析了其技术特点和构筑工艺。为了检验该技术的可靠性,选择山西某矿8617工作面采空区进行密闭试验,测试结果表明:粉煤灰浆快速固化构筑密闭墙适用于井下采空区防火密闭,具有良好的封闭效果。

       

      Abstract: In order to prevent spontaneous combustion of residual coal in gobs,we usually constructed fire dam in gobs.For the shortages of the existing technologies, we introduced a technology of fast building fire dam by fast curing coal ash slurry, and analyzed its technical features and infusion ways.In order to test the reliability of the technology,we selected 8617 face of a mine in Shanxi province.The results showed that the technology of fast building fire dam by fast curing coal ash slurry can be used for closing the gobs in coal mines with good effect.
