    Assistant Decision System of Gas Explosion Emergency Rescue Based on Monitoring Data and CFD

    • 摘要: 煤矿瓦斯爆炸事故发生后,事故破坏范围、井下人员分布、最佳救灾线路等信息难以及时获取,针对此问题,设计了基于实时监测数据与计算流体力学(CFD)数值模拟的瓦斯爆炸应急辅助决策系统;依据瓦斯爆炸模拟及应急救援所需信息,研究了实时监测数据接入相关技术;制定了瓦斯爆炸事故自动模拟触发准则,自动调用Fluent软件对瓦斯爆炸进行数值模拟;设计了巷道当量长度计算公式,对最佳救援线路进行了分析;实现了三维可视化的应急救援辅助决策系统。

       

      Abstract: It is difficult to obtain the information of damage area, underground person distribution, the best rescue line and so on after a gas explosion in coal mine. To solve the problem, an assistant decision system of gas explosion emergency rescue was designed based on real time monitoring data and computational fluid dynamics (CFD) numerical simulation. First of all, the access technology and management technology of the real-time monitoring data, used in the gas explosion simulation and emergency rescue decision, were studied. Secondly, some laws were made to trigger the gas explosion numerical simulation automatically by calling the FLUENT software. And then, the equivalent length for rescue of tunnel after explosion was counted by equivalent length method to select the optimal rescue route. Finally, the assistant decision system was implemented based on 3D visualization platform, and installed at demonstration coal mine.
