    Hole-making Technology of Long Directional Hole Based on Directional Drill and Measurement While Drilling System

    • 摘要: 针对大型高瓦斯矿井的钻掘交替矛盾日益突出难题,详细介绍了定向钻机的组成部分和工作原理。定向钻进装备主要包括全液压动力头式履带钻机、孔底测量探管、通缆钻杆、孔口监视器等主要配套设备,通过基于计算机自动控制系统的孔口监视器对螺杆钻具反扭角进行定量计算来实现钻孔的定向钻进和方位控制。最后,进行了工业试验,试验结果表明:主孔深度≥500 m,钻孔成孔率达80%,各个参数均达到预期指标,可以满足煤矿实际生产的需要。

       

      Abstract: In view of the large and high gas coal mine, the problem of drilling and excavation is becoming more and more outstanding, this paper introduces the components and working principle of directional drilling machine. The equipment includes all hydraulic power head type crawler drill rig, measuring probe, cable pipe, orifice monitor, and realizes directional drilling and control of drillings through using orifice monitor of computer automatic control system to carry on quantitative calculation of screw drill anti torsion angle. Finally, the field test was carried out, and the results showed that the main hole depth exceeds 500 m, the success rate was 80%, all parameters reaches the expected target, drilling rig can meet the needs of the actual production of coal mine.
