    • 摘要: 矿用激光粉尘浓度传感器采用光散射的原理而研制,其检测精度高、使用寿命长、性能稳定可靠,特别是在非线性信号处理及信号滤波等方面具有突出特点; 对传感器的设计方案进行详细的阐述。

       

      Abstract: Mine-used laser dust concentration sensor, with high detection precision, long service life, stable and reliable performance, especially the prominent characteristics in nonlinear signal processing and signal filtering, is developed by using the principle of light scattering. The design plan of sensor is described in detail in this paper.
