    • 摘要: YCSZ(A)型回转钻进随钻轨迹测量系统可以为煤矿钻孔施工提供可信的参考依据。系统对普通钻孔测孔,结果符合回转钻进钻孔走势经验和理论推断;使用纠偏装置时测孔结果体现出控制跑偏效果明显;通过姿态仪和测孔结果验证,得知控制开孔角度对于控制钻孔走向效果明显。回转钻进随钻轨迹测量系统可以适用于多种条件下的普通钻孔施工轨迹测量,具有良好的兼容性和很高的可信度。

       

      Abstract: Trajectory measurement system on rotary drilling, which is named YCSZ(A), has many advantages. It can provide reliable reference for drilling constructions of coal mine. The measurement results of ordinary borehole meet the practical experience and theoretical inference on the trend of rotary drilling borehole. The effect to prevent the deviation of borehole's trajectory is obvious in condition of using correction device. By the verification of the results obtained from postures measuring instrument and the trajectory measurement system, conclusions show that the blowing angles of a borehole have enormous implications for the trend of the hole. Trajectory measurement system on rotary drilling can be applied to a variety of normal trajectory measurement under different conditions, and has good compatibility and high credibility.
