    Design of CAN-bus Network Monitor in Dynamic Monitoring System of Coal Mine Roof

    • 摘要: 通信分站在对井下传感器数据进行采集后,通过CAN总线上传至地面监控主机,需要CAN总线网络监控器将CAN数据转换为USB数据。设计的CAN总线监控器可以同时实时采集CAN网络中节点发送的数据帧以及其ID号。本监控器CAN总线通信部分采用C8051F060单片机控制其内置的CAN协议控制器,USB芯片采用FT245作为传输芯片。CAN总线网络监控器能在各种通信波特率条件下、能在较高通信效率条件下成功实现实时采集数据。

       

      Abstract: After collecting the data of sensors, communication substation uploaded data to the monitoring host on the ground through CAN bus, so we need a monitor to transform the CAN bus data to the USB data. The design of CAN bus monitor in this paper can collect the data frame and its ID number on the CAN network at the same time. The CAN bus monitor's communication part uses C8051F060 single-chip microcomputer, it can control its built-in CAN protocol controller, USB chip using FT245 as transmission chip. The CAN bus network monitor can work under the condition of various baud rate, can work under the condition of high communication efficiency to achieve real-time data acquisition.
