    Application of New Inorganic Foam Material in Top-coal Caving Region Filling

    • 摘要: 为了解决综放开采引起的巷道高冒区危害的问题,在分析高冒区成因、造成的危害及传统支护不足的基础上,研发无机发泡充填材料,应用螺杆泵制浆、泵送浆液对高冒区进行充填。结果表明:双液无机发泡材料具备快凝、轻质、抗裂、完全阻燃性能,适合作为高冒区充填材料;螺杆泵的密闭式结构阻止了气泡逸散,克服了“桶式”开放吸浆,浆液、气泡严重分离的缺陷;工业试验钻孔窥视结果表明充填体与煤岩体贴合紧密,充填效果显著。

       

      Abstract: In order to solve the problems caused by top-coal caving region of roadway at fully mechanized caving mining area, based on the analysis of the cause of the top-coal caving region, the damage caused by the top-coal caving and the shortage of the traditional support, we develop inorganic foam filling material, use screw pump to pulp, and pump slurry to fill top-coal caving region. The results show that the double liquid inorganic foaming material has the properties of quick setting, light weight, crack resistance and complete flame retardant, which is suitable for filling material in top-coal caving region; the enclosed structure of screw pump prevents air bubbles escaping and overcomes the defects of "bucket type" open suction pulp, slurry, bubble serious separation; the results of the industrial test show that the filling body is closely related to the coal rock mass and the filling effect is remarkable.
