    Analysis of Open-pit Blasting Vibration Signal Based on HHT Method

    • 摘要: 爆破振动信号分析技术是爆破危害控制的重要环节,结合现场监测,采用HHT分析方法进行分析,首先采用EMD经验模态分解,将信号分解为不同IMF分量,对主要分量进行Hilbert变换,并且提取子信号的包络线,验证了该方法在微差爆破延时间隔识别中的有效性,根据IMF分量经过Hilbert变换后得到的Hilbert能量谱,从时间-频率-能量上研究振动信号不同频率产生的影响,验证了HHT分析方法在非线性及非稳态的爆破信号中的高效性和良好的自适应性。

       

      Abstract: Analysis technology of blasting vibration signal is an important link in blasting hazard control. Combined with monitoring signal, we use HHT analysis method to carry on the analysis. First, the signal is decomposed into different IMF component through using EMD empirical mode, and we transform the main component by Hilbert and extract the envelope signal. This method was verified in the identification of differential blasting delay interval. According to the IMF component after the Hilbert transform of the Hilbert spectrum energy, we research the impact of vibration signals of different frequency from the time-frequency-energy. HHT analysis method was verified with efficiency and good adaptability in the nonlinear and unsteady signal of blasting.
