    Process Parameters Study on Reaming and Fracturing Antireflection Technology of Three Dimensional Rotational Water Jetting

    • 摘要: 通过对比丁集煤矿试验钻孔的试验数据,在明确三维旋转水射流扩孔与压裂增透机理的基础上,运用理论分析并结合实际的手段,总结分析了影响三维旋转水射流扩孔与压裂增煤的工艺参数,并确定了工艺参数的范围。结果表明:工艺参数可以分为系统工艺参数和钻孔施工参数。根据丁集矿实际情况,工艺参数确定为扩孔压力控制在10~15 MPa,管路选型内径应该大于25 mm,压裂压力确定在18~20 MPa,试验钻孔与控制钻孔间距为10 m。

       

      Abstract: By comparing the test data from test drilling of Dingji coal mine,on the basis of clearing reaming and fracturing antireflection mechanism of three dimensional rotational water jetting,the paper summarzes and analyzes the process parameters which influence the reaming and fracturing antireflection of three-dimensional rotational water jetting,and determines the range of process parameters by using the means of theoretical analysis combing with the practical.The results show that the process parameters can be divided into process parameters and drilling construction parameters.According to the actual situation of Dingji coal mine,the process parameters are determined as controlling the reaming pressure at 10~15 MPa;the inner diameter of pipeline should be greater than 25 mm;fracturing pressure is determined in 18~20 MPa;the space between test drilling and control drilling is 10 m.
