    Nondestructive Detection Analysis of Anchor Bolt Axial Load in Mining-disturbed Roadways

    • 摘要: 采用锚杆动力无损检测技术,对丁集煤矿1321(3)工作面切眼外近100 m采动影响巷道锚杆实时轴力状态进行了密集观测。监测结果表明,在距采煤工作面0~20 m范围内,受采动影响严重,锚杆轴力变化较大。在距工作面0~10 m范围内,锚杆轴力降低;在距工作面10~20 m范围内,为超前支承压力区;在15 m处,形成超前支承压力峰值;在20 m开外距离,锚杆轴力受采动影响较小,锚杆轴力变化不大。通过锚杆轴力异常变化(急剧增大或降低)检测容易发现巷道异常断面或隐伏断层区域。

       

      Abstract: Real-time axial load of anchor bolts in mining-disturbed roadways for about 100 m zone just from the cutting holes outside 1321(3) working face in Dingji Coal Mine were intensively monitored by nondestructive testing. The monitoring results show that the axial load of bolts in the zone of 0 m to 20 m from the working face is varied violently by the heavy mining disturbance. The axial load of anchor bolt located in the zone of 0 m to 10 m is decreased. The lead abutment pressure zone is located in about 10 m to 20 m and its peak value occurs at nearly 15 m from the working face. The axial load of bolts in the zone above 20 m away from the working face is not varied violently by a little mining disturbance. The abnormal section of roadways or hidden fault zone was easily found by the intensive monitoring of axial load for anchor bolts.
