    Analysis of Pipe Wear Influencing Factors in Waste Filling Mining

    • 摘要: 为解决矸石充填管道磨损问题,基于充填开采管道磨损的实际情况,通过设计一系列影响管道磨损的试验,进行了在管道材质、料浆流速、料浆腐蚀性、骨料直径条件下的各因素分析。通过室内试验发现控制骨料粒度、料浆腐蚀性、管道材质、料浆流速分别为单一变量时普通无缝钢管平均质量减少量约为213、161、145、61 g,得出了影响管道磨损因素的大致排序,从而为减少管道磨损提供理论依据。

       

      Abstract: In order to solve the problem of waste filling pipe wear, the article, based on the actual situation of filling pipeline wear, designed a series of pipe wear method to analyze the material of wall, velocity of slurry and slurry in pipe corrosion, diameter of slurry. In the end, we found that when we control a single variable, the decrement of quality about diameter, corrosion, material, and velocity is 213 g, 161 g, 145 g, 61 g, and concluded the roughly sorted of different factors influencing pipe wear, which can provide the theoretical basis for reducing the wear of the pipeline.
