    煤矿事故预防行为安全方法的设计与实现

    Design and Implementation of Coal Mine Accident Prevention Behavior Safety Method

    • 摘要: 行为安全是一种主要用于解决人的不安全行为进而预防事故的方法,具有成本低、快速且长期见效的特点,是利用工程技术手段预防事故的重要补充。鉴于我国现阶段煤炭行业特点,传统意义上的行为安全方法难以有效应用于我国煤矿企业。通过明确设计原则、提出和解决实现行为安全方法应用过程中的关键问题最终实现了基于事故致因“2-4”模型与事故案例开发的煤矿事故预防行为安全培训系统,包括了个案展示、统计分析与效果评估3大组成部分。同时还比较得出研发的系统与其他已有煤矿事故预防技术手段的优缺点,为煤矿企业提供了一种行之有效的煤矿事故预防方法和实施手段。

       

      Abstract: Behavioral safety method is used to solve people's unsafe behavior with low cost, quick and long-term effectiveness characteristics, and it's also the important supplement of engineering and technical means using for prevent accidents. In view of the coal industry in our country, the traditional behavioral safety method can not effectively apply in coal enterprises. Through the clear design principle, we solve key problems in the implementation process; finally a training system based on the accident causing "2-4" model and coal accident case was developed, and we got its advantages compared with other accident prevention technologies. The system can provides an effective method and implementation measure for coal mine accident prevention.
