    Exploration of Long-term Mechanism for Safety Production in No.11 Coal Mine of Pingdingshan Coal Industry Group

    • 摘要: 平顶山天安煤业股份有限公司十一矿地质条件复杂,水、火、瓦斯、煤尘、顶板、地温、突出等自然灾害俱全。十一矿结合实际,摸索出了以“四化一发挥”的安全文化体系为引领、“五化一提升”的安全管理体系为支撑和“一二三三四”的安全质量标准化管理机制为保障,具有十一矿特色的安全管理长效机制,走出了一条新常态下煤与瓦斯突出矿井安全高效发展的新路子,对矿井脱困转型跨越式发展起到了有力的推动作用。

       

      Abstract: No.11 Coal Mine of Pingdingshan Coal Industry Group has complex geological conditions including water, fire, gas, coal dust, roof, ground temperature, coal and gas outburst and other disasters. Combining with practice, the mine explores a long-term mechanism with characteristic of No.11 mine safety management that taking "four aspects, an action guide" as safety culture system for leading, "five aspects, an ascending "as safety management system for supporting, and safety quality standardization management mechanism of "12334" for guarantee. The mine walks out a new road of development, and realizes the mine safety and efficient production for coal and gas outburst mine, plays a powerful role in promoting the transformation and leapfrog development of mine.
