    低温对煤中瓦斯放散的抑制作用

    • 摘要: 针对煤矿井下瓦斯含量测定中煤样温度过高、瓦斯放散量过多导致损失量推算出现偏差,使煤层瓦斯含量测值不准确的问题,基于煤的瓦斯放散速度随温度升高而增加的性质,提出了低温(0 ℃以下)取煤样的方法,以期通过抑制瓦斯的放散来提高瓦斯含量测值的准确性。结合实验室现有条件,设计了低温条件下煤的吸附/解吸实验。结果表明,低温取样可以增加煤对瓦斯的吸附性能,减慢瓦斯放散速度,尤其是对解吸初期影响较大,低温对煤中的瓦斯放散具有抑制作用。

       

      Abstract: For the problem that coal seam gas content measurement values are not accurate due to the high temperature of coal samples and excessive gas emission volume causing value deviation of losses during the determination of gas content in underground coal seam, based on the characters that gas emission rate of coal increases with the increasing of temperature, low temperature (below 0 ℃) sampling of coal is proposed in order to suppress gas emission and improve the accuracy of coal seam gas content determination values. The results showed that low temperature sampling can increase methane adsorption in coal, slow down gas emission rate especially in the beginning period and suppress gas desorption.
