    • 摘要: 以一种散碎煤瓦斯涌出规律模拟试验装置为主要研究设备,以厚煤层的瓦斯放散规律为模拟研究对象,以探究厚煤层工作面采掘空间瓦斯来源为主要目的,对厚煤层的瓦斯放散规律、瓦斯压力对厚煤层瓦斯放散特性规律进行了模拟试验研究。结果表明:微结构的参与明显改变了厚煤层的瓦斯放散规律,导致其表现出明显的瓦斯放散速度急剧减小段、似指数关系、缓慢减小段的3阶段特性;厚煤层瓦斯放散规律曲线表现出的规律和厚煤层瓦斯的绝对放散量没有随瓦斯压力的改变产生明显变化,而瓦斯压力产生的影响主要表现在瓦斯放散速度的数值大小方面;瓦斯压力固定时,厚煤层工作面采掘空间在揭露新煤壁瞬间时的瓦斯浓度激增是由煤壁涌出瓦斯主导的;而在揭露新煤壁一段时间后,煤壁涌出瓦斯是采掘空间内的瓦斯浓度增加的主要原因;瓦斯压力不同的条件下,进行厚煤层采掘空间瓦斯来源分析时,不仅需要根据煤壁揭露的时间长短,还需依据工作面的瓦斯压力做出判断。

       

      Abstract: Taking a kind of bulk coal gas emission simulation test device as the main research equipment and the gas diffusion laws as the research object, to understand gas source of mining space at working face of thick coal seam as the main purpose, a simulation study of the gas diffusion laws and gas pressure of thick coal seam about gas emission characteristics is carried out. The results show that the participation of the micro structure significantly changed the gas diffusion laws in thick coal seam, and caused it to show three stage characteristics obviously: the gas emission rate sharply reduced period, like exponential relation and slow reduction period. The laws exhibited in thick coal seam gas emission regularity curves and thick coal seam gas absolute emission did not change obviously with gas pressure change, and the impact of gas pressure mainly reflected in numerical size of gas diffusion velocity; when the gas pressure is fixed, the gas concentration at the working face of the thick coal seam mining is the leading of the coal wall emission from the coal wall. After exposing the new coal wall for some time, the coal wall gas emission is the main reason for the increase of gas concentration in the mining space. Under different conditions of gas pressure, the analysis of the gas source in thick coal seam mining space not only needs to be based on the time of the coal wall exposure, but also needs to be adjusted according to the gas pressure of the working face.
