    • 摘要: 以义煤千秋矿21121工作面为工程背景,通过相似模拟比较和现场测试的方法对特厚煤层回采工作面前方煤体破碎规律进行综合研究。结果表明:特厚煤层距离回采工作面前方同一位置,层位由低到高破碎程度依次增加;同一层位,距离工作面愈近破坏愈严重,距离增加破坏减弱;同一地质条件下,随着煤体厚度的增加,工作面前方的煤体可以形成倒三角充分破碎层、正三角不充分破碎层;特厚煤层开采下部煤体超前支承压力极值点距工作面相对较近,且支承压力极值小于上部煤体;煤体厚度增加,距离底板同一高度,超前支承压力极值逐渐减小;同时,超前支承压力对工作面前方煤体的整体破煤率减小。

       

      Abstract: In order to study coal broken laws ahead of working face in extremely thick coal seam, based on Qianqiu Coal Mine 21121 working face geological conditions, comprehensive study was done by the method of comparison analog simulation and field test. The Results show that broken degree of the coal mass is increasing from the bottom to the top in the same distance, and broken degree is also increasing with distance becoming closer at the same horizon; with the increasing of coal thickness, coal can form inverted triangle fully broken and equilateral triangle adequately broken layers; mining the lower coal of special thick coal seam advancing abutment pressure extremism points is relatively close to working face, and abutment pressure extreme value is less than the upper coal; with coal thickness increasing, advanced abutment pressure extremism points gradually decrease and overall broken degree of advanced abutment pressure on coal is reduced.
