    薄煤层过断层预掘巷技术研究

    Research of Roadway Pre-heading Technology for Thin Coal Seams Crossing Faults

    • 摘要: 为研究7122工作面通过断层时覆岩移动规律,以祁南煤矿82采区地质条件为基础,利用UDEC数值模拟软件分别分析了工作面推至断层前、推至断层时、推过断层后的工作面顶底板围岩应力与塑性区分布特点,提出在遇到较大落差(2.0~2.5 m)的断层采用预掘巷技术。提前预处理断层,使工作面不影响安全生产,又有利于提高煤质,有利于薄煤层安全高效开采。

       

      Abstract: To study the movement law of overlying strata when 7122 working face crosses through faults, based on the geological conditions of Qinan Coal Mine 82 mining area, UDEC numerical simulation software is used to analyze the stress state and plastic zone distribution characteristics of roof and floor of working face, and then we present the roadway pre-heading technology for crossing through the fault with large gap (2.0 m to 2.5 m). Pre-treating the fault can make the working face safely and improve the quality of coal; it is beneficial to the safe and efficient mining in thin coal seams.
