    Drainage and Sealing Method in Downward Cross-layer Gas Pressure Determination Borehole

    • 摘要: 准确地测定煤层瓦斯压力是进行矿井瓦斯预测与防治的有效保障。在富水围岩下向穿层钻孔测压过程中,常常遇到钻孔涌水、积水问题,不仅给注浆封孔增加了难度,而且由于水压的影响难以保证读取真实、可靠的煤层原始瓦斯压力。针对以上问题,尝试探讨了下向穿层测压钻孔涌水、积水条件下的排水和封孔方法,经在神火煤电集团葛店矿的现场实践证明,此方法可有效避免下向穿层钻孔成孔后残留积水及持续涌水的不利影响,比较准确地测出煤层原始瓦斯压力。

       

      Abstract: Accurate determination of coal seam gas pressure is the effective protection of the prediction and prevention of mine gas,drilling water gushing and hydrocele problem are often encountered in measuring downward cross-layer borehole pressure process in rich water surrounding rock,which not only increase the difficulty of grouting sealing,but also influence the authenticity and reliability of the original gas pressure because of the impact of water pressure.To solve above problems,this paper attempts to explore the drainage and sealing method under the conditions of water gushing and hydrocele in downward cross-layer gas pressure determination borehole.The field practice in Gedian mine of Shenhuo coal and electricity group proved that this method can effectively avoid the adverse effects of residual water and continued gushing caused by downward cross-layer gas pressure determination borehole and can more accurately measure the original gas pressure of the coal seams.
