    Key Technology of Multipoint Mobile Wind-measured Device

    • 摘要: 介绍了多点移动式测风装置工作原理,多点移动、精确定位、平均风速计算等关键技术;测风装置由电动机作为动力,丝杆作为传动装置,控制风速传感器在水平和竖直2个方向精确运动,通过编程控制风量测试位置和测试时间,降低了人工测风工作量,提高了风量测试的准确性;在王坡煤矿进行了现场试验,试验结果表明与人工测风相比准确率平均为96.31%。

       

      Abstract: We introduce the working principle of multipoint mobile air flow measurement device, and the key technologies of multipoint movement, accurate positioning and calculation of average wind speed. The power of the device is electromotor, and the transmission system of the device is lead screw which controls the movement of wind speed sensor on level and vertical direction; the point and time of measuring wind is controlled by programming. The workload of manual work is reduced, and the veracity is improved. The application is tested in Wangpo Coal Mine, and it shows that the average precision rate of the device is 96.31% compared with artificial measuring wind.
