    Anti-override Trip Scheme for Power System of Zhaozhuang No.2 Mine

    • 摘要: 针对赵庄二号井供电系统的越级跳闸问题,分析其产生原因,总结得出整定方法不合理、线路短路造成整定值无法区分和供电系统运行方式差异大是导致越级跳闸的主要原因。提出一种基于智能变电站区域集控的防越级方案,利用GOOSE技术和故障快速隔离技术实现保护测控设备之间的信息秒交换,利用下级变电站保护动作或速断保护功能,提高保护的快速性和选择性,防止越级跳闸的发生。

       

      Abstract: For the override trip problem of power system in Zhaozhuang No.2 Mine, we analyze the reasons and summarize the main causes leading to override trip,which are the unreason of tuning method, undistinguished setting value caused by short-circuit and large difference of power system operation. In order to solve this problem, we propose a set of anti-override trip power system based on intelligent substation centralized control area. Besides, the program achieves rapid exchange of information among monitoring-control equipment with the method of GOOSE technology and fast fault isolation technology. In addition, the scheme improves the fast and selection of the protection by using the protective action of subordinate substation and the quick-break protection function, which prevents the happening of override trip.
