    Design of Mine-used Intrinsic Safe Network Interface Circuit

    • 摘要: 现有非本安型网口电路未对输出和输入信号未进行过压保护和限流处理,当出现故障时产生的电火花或热效应可能点燃爆炸性危险气体而产生爆炸,不能直接应用到本安型网口电路中。针对此问题,对现有非本安型网口电路进行改进,采用不带变压器的网口、变压器芯片、限流电阻、过压保护等对输入输出信号进行限流限压等保护处理,达到本质安全信号输入输出要求,经过测试该电路在正常和故障状态下输出能量满足本安型电路的要求。

       

      Abstract: The existing non-intrinsic safety type network interface does not manipulate over-voltage protection and current limiting for input and output signals. Electric spark produced by fault or thermal effects may ignite hazardous gas and cause gas explosion, so it can not be directly applied to intrinsically safe network interface circuit. To solve this problem, the existing non-intrinsic safety network port circuit is improved, and the internet access without a transformer, transformer chip, current-limiting resistor, overvoltage protection is adopted to carry out current-limiting and voltage-limiting protection of input and output signals to meet the requirements of intrinsically safe signal input and output. After testing, the output energy of circuit under normal and fault state meets the requirements of intrinsically safe circuit.
